Administration and Payroll

We believe that one size does not fit all and we therefore provide different pension administration systems for different needs:

  • Classic  is our long-established pension administration system and is used by more than 150 clients
  • oPen  is aimed at medium to large pension schemes and is highly scalable
  • P3  is suitable for small to medium sized pension schemes and has minimal IT infrastructure requirements

Each system is suitable for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Career Average and also Hybrid pension schemes. Furthermore, each system can be used to administer a number of schemes at the same time and all feature additional, integrated, modules for workflow, electronic document management and online member/employer/trustee access. To ensure compliance with auto-enrolment requirements, each administration system will enable automated key administrative processes, from the Staging Date, to ensure clients can effectively manage additional routines that become necessary.

Our Pensioner Payroll software can be easily installed and used with the three administration software solutions and allows for pensioner record maintenance, payroll processing and reconciliation. It is compliant with HMRC e-filing requirements, including the Real Time Information requirement, which is being introduced in April 2013.
