Electronic Document Management (EDM) can dramatically reduce the time taken to search, retrieve and view files. Document Manager's  imaging and document-management functionality is suitable for storing, organising and retrieving documents such as mail, letters and emails. Space occupied by paper is reduced and documents are held more securely. Document Manager is integrated with oPen and Classic, whilst 'EDM Lite exists and is integrated within the P3 system.

Helping staff to administer schemes more effectively, Work Manager  creates efficiency savings by enabling all received correspondence to be more accurately logged and monitored than if the process were controlled manually. Work can be assigned and monitored, and everyone in the administration team can be aware of the progress of each associated task. Work Manager is integrated with oPen and Classic whilst P3 Process Manager  is integrated within the P3 system.
